Authorise Polygraph and fMRI test results in sexual assault court evidence

Petition Details

Permit using Polygraph and fMRI scanning results as evidence admissible in court, specifically for sexual assault cases. I think this will enhance accuracy and fairness in trials.

Additional Information

We believe allowing Polygraph and fMRI scans to be used as evidence in sexual assault cases could revolutionize UK legal proceedings. We believe allowing evidence such as this to be used in court could encourage victims to come forward, particularly given current evidence limitations, and also deter false accusations.

We think this change could prevent family traumas and help ensure that justice is accessible and fair for everyone involved in such sensitive cases.
