To declare Ulcerative Colitis and Crohn's Disease as disabilities which should be recognised when applying for the Blue Badge Scheme.
Recognise that Crohn's Disease and Ulcerative Colitis, both IBD chronic conditions, should be formally recognised as a disability and the person able to apply for the Blue Badge Scheme.
