Transgenders should only be allowed to take part in their original sex's sports.
Ban those who are transgender to participate in their original sex's sports, such as in the Olympics. For example, a biological male who identifies as a female should not be allowed to take part in an Olympics game consisting of and only allowing women.
It simply is not fair - for example, if a biological male who identifies as a female takes part in a women's 100m race, the biological male would have an advantage against the women, as men biologically have greater muscle mass.

The Government e-Petitions Team gave the following reason:
Deciding who should be eligible to take part in individual sporting events are a matter for the organisers, not the UK Government or Parliament.
In the UK Section 195 of the Equality Act 2010 allows sports competition organisers to "exclude participation of a transsexual person as a competitor in a gender-affected activity if it is necessary to do so to secure in relation [...] fair competition, or the safety of competitors": www.legislation.gov.uk/ukpga/2010/15/section/195
