Public Consultation for the future of Billingham Town Centre
To have a say on the future of their town centre
Form the £20m government levelling up funding, £6m from TVCA, and the the potential £15m from Stockton council
To prevent Stockton Council conducting behind closed door meetings and not allowing members of the public to have any input
