Public consultation for the future of Billingham Town Centre
To give residents a say on the future of their town centre from the £20m government levelling up funding, £6m from TVCA, and the potential £15m from Stockton Council.
To prevent Stockton Council conducting behind closed doors confidential meetings without full support and opinions from local residents.
