Re open the exemption for Xl bully dogs in England
Give more time for people to pay the exemption fee, reopen the registration and give people a chance.
I feel this short period of time to pay and register Xl bullies has been unfair, people are living with cost of living crisis, Christmas, unforeseen personal issues, and winter fuel bills, just do the right thing and give struggling families a chance.
