Align all school term dates within England.

We would like the Government to take away the power for local authorities to set academic term dates within England.

Additional Information

Currently there are 317 local authorities choosing different term dates to suit themselves with no consideration for parents with children attending schools in multiple local authorities. A lot of people are faced with this issue. Many friends with children who attend different schools in different LA’s are affected, as well as teachers who work in one school but their child attends a school in a different LA.
