Halt the potential Closure of Grangemouth Stadium-Preserve a Community/NAT Asset
We, the undersigned, urgently petition Falkirk Council and its elected representatives to reconsider the potential closure of Grangemouth Stadium as part of their strategic property review.
Grangemouth Stadium is more than just a sports facility; it is a vital community asset that contributes significantly to the well-being, recreation, and athletic development of our community. Grangemouth Stadium also stands as not only a vital community asset but also a national facility of great importance to athletics.

The Government e-Petitions Team gave the following reason:
We can only accept petitions about things the Government or Parliament are directly responsible for.
Decisions about the closure of Grangemouth Stadium are a matter for Falkirk Council, not the UK Government or Parliament.
You could raise your issue with a local councillor who represents you. You can use this page to find out who your local councillors are, and how to contact them: www.gov.uk/find-your-local-councillors
