Introduce a law that requires all dogs to be on a lead in a public space.
There has been a significant increase in dog attacks in recent years. I believe that keeping all dogs on a lead in a public space should help reduce the amount of attacks, and keep the public safe.
I want the government to seriously consider the positive impact that introducing a law like this would have for the safety of dogs, owners and the wider public.
