Allow everyone to buy and use a class 3 mobility scooter
Class 3 motability scooters with a range of 35 miles and speed of 8/10 mph are ideal about town vehicles that can carry a good load of shopping and other medium sized items. They are virtually cost free to run and cause no pullution at time of use, and take up very much less parking space in towns.
