Allow consumption of Cannabis recreationally, Allow areas for safe legal shops.
I believe the smoking of cannabis should be legal along with the possession of up to a controlled street amount for example 5g maximum. This is a plant that has costed the public sector millions but really this plant has such helpful properties and we see this from other countries and our own.
With this I believe the stigma around cannabis in 2024 should not be this way. We still have people both public and officials still not recognising Medical Cannabis and that it came in effect November 1st 2018. This is also a big problem as seeing the amount of substance abuse regarding legal substances are increasing but cannabis could be the safer alternative to medicine and other substances. A new way also this can help combat the crime within the market of cannabis, buying can occur safely.
