Pardon for all the men and boy's shot as deserter's during First World War
Many men and boy's (including those too you to be legally enlisted) were shot for "cowardice" and "desertion" during the First World War. They should all be pardoned as they committed no crime but were suffering from a psychological condition. With the centenary of the outbreak of this terrible War approaching this would make a very important gesture.
