Licensing of animal breeders and owners in the uk
This is a petition to create a compulsory license for all animal breeders and owners in the uk.
There are to many animals here in the uk suffering because people are breeding irresponsibly, thus creating an over run population of animals.
Some of these animals are not cared for in the correct way and are used for various illegal or cruel ways such as dog fighting, bating, puppy farming the list is endless. They are also sold from breeders to un checked owners who again may not treat them with the rights they deserve.
We need to take action to stop such irresponsible breeding, selling and rehoming of animals. Why should poor defenceless animals be suffering and continually being bred from when there are millions of animals in shelters across the uk!
