Allow people to claim unfair dismissal after six months

Petition Details

We want the Government to give employees the right to claim unfair dismissal after being at the company for 6 months rather than 2 years.

Additional Information

We believe it is unfair that employees can be dismissed by their employer, but are unable to claim unfair dismissal - in most circumstances - unless they have been working there for at least two years.
