Remove Jersey's status as a tax avoidance haven.
Remove the Government of Jersey's independent fiscal jurisdiction, and standardise taxes between the United Kingdom and Jersey.
Wealth transfers and capital gains are currently untaxed within the jurisdiction of Jersey. Over $148 billion is deposited in bank accounts in Jersey, untaxed. This enables British businesses and individuals to avoid paying UK taxes on an industrial scale, depriving the UK Government of valuable funding for important services such as our NHS.

The Government e-Petitions Team gave the following reason:
We can only accept petitions about things the Government or Parliament are directly responsible for.
Decisions about the tax regime in Jersey are a matter for the government of Jersey, not the UK Government or Parliament.
