No benefits for people not living in the UK

Additional Information

Any person not living within the UK should not be entitled to any benefits that have been paid for by people living within the UK. Regardless if they have family working and living in the UK.

This also includes children who have a parent living in the UK and working but the child themselves are not living in the UK.
