Regulate Hairdressers and Barbers

Petition Details

To make it mandatory for all Hairdressers and Barbers to be qualified and licenced to trade by a governing body. As it stands anyone can open up a Barbers or Hairdressers without any relevant qualifications or training.

Additional Information

The businesses that have taken the time to get the correct qualifications and training are having to compete with those who haven't taken the time to do the necessary training needed.
