XL Bully Excemption - More time to get excemptions
Allow people unable to get an excemption previously due to personal reasons ie hospital to be able to apply for one
A large majority of xl bullies have not been excempted due to owners being in hospital / unaware of the timescale
Another deadline to excempt an xl bully should be given.
