Allow Number Plates To Be Spaced As Drivers Wish

I believe number plates should be able to be spaced as drivers wish. For example from "AB99 ABC" which is the current number plate spacing requirement to "A B 99ABC".

Additional Information

I strongly believe the government should allow number plates to be spaced as people wish. I believe this as witnesses may be able to easily recall a number plate if an offence was committed. I'm addition number plates may be easily reconasiable by law enforcement agencies which could help them reduce repeat offences.
