Enforce stricter policies/enforcement on workplace abuse and bullying
Those in positions of responsibility and public service leadership need to be held to stricter regulations to ensure workplace bullying and harassment is eradicated from workplace cultures within the Education sector. Workplace bullying and harassment costs livelihoods and in some cases, lives.
Recruitment and retention is poor within the Education sector. Hard working professionals don’t leave jobs and careers, they leave leaders.
