Ban organisations that rely on infinite bot loops for customers services.
Large e-commerce companies are relying too heavily on 100% AI BOTs as cost cutting initiatives at the expense of real customer service. Making is extremely hard to speak to a human when things have gone wrong. Large e-commerce companies should have humans answering telephones and live chats systems.
These systems to make it impossible to speak to a human if things go wrong, Many of the systems are designed to go in endless loops or stop interaction when it does not comply with the programmed route. When things go wrong, and you cannot speak to someone, this results in severe mental anguish to the customer. Many companies choose to have no telephone or email contact details and rely solely on AI bots. Customers should be able to contact a human in order to have matters escalated when needed.
