Stop the closure of Nottingham city Airport EGBN by declining the planning app
Developers have recently put in application to develop houses on the airfield. The Aviation community wants the government to reject the housing development application with Rushcliffe council on the Tollerton airfield.
Save the history & heritage of Nottingham city airport, which opened in 1929 by sir Albert Hall father of the famous world war pilot ace also called Albert & was used by the military in the Second World War. They are still 18 pillboxes that have survived & protected under the Planning Act 1990. A lot of history will be lost and also hundreds of people who work on the airport will lose their lively hoods & families will suffer. Wild deer and other wildlife will also lose their natural habitat.
