When applying for indefinite leave to remain (ILR) on a Skilled Worker visa, the time spent on a Graduate visa can be considered. By taking into account the duration spent on a Graduate visa, an individual could apply for ILR after 3 years on a Skilled Worker visa and 2 years on a Graduate visa.

It is suggested to take into account the time spent on a Graduate visa when someone with a Skilled Worker visa applies for indefinite leave to remain (ILR).
