Putting the clocks forward each spring has far reaching negative health consequences extending far beyond disrupted sleep patterns over the 1-2 weeks following the clocks going forward.
A William Willett dreamt up the idea in 1906 and it was adopted during WW1. The practice is outdated and has many harmful consequences,
