Lower the minimum employment time for unfair/constructive dismissal claims.

Petition Details

To change the minimum employment length from 2 years for unfair and constructive dismissal claims to allow those bullied out of jobs a chance to formally resolve the issue. This will also help hold those employers and mangers who allow or actively participate in the bullying of staff accountable.

Additional Information

The government are the ones capable of changing the criteria for these claims.
