Require a paediatrician in every medical practice

Petition Details

I want the Government to make it a requirement for there to be a dedicated paediatrician in every medical practice, to help ensure children receive appropriate medical advice.

Additional Information

Many doctors specialise in a particular field, and we believe children should receive care from a well-versed professional paediatrician. Regrettably, there are instances where inaccurate diagnoses have occurred. We believe this can be due to a GP's lack of expertise in treating children.
