Banks should offer higher rates to sellers instead of offering prizes to certain investors

Additional Information

Banks should do away with rewards to certain investors such as, for as one bank does in offering thousands of pounds to high investors. Instead this money should be given to ALL investors by way of higher interest rates. Without savers, banks and Building Societies would not be able to provide mortgages.
