House Rich , Cash Poor, Goverment office to make money easily available to uk home owners who have no outstanding mortgage on there house example house valued at £300,000 , up to 25% ie £75000 can be taken as a lump sum at 4.0% interest yearly this roles up yearly and is only paid back if you die or sell the house before hand house prices over the last 40 years have risen at 9% per year over the longer term there is nothing to loose there are plans like this today but none as low cost as this.
