Uphold and improve legislation on agricultural workers who suffer disabilities
There's section 24 Housing Act 1998 and Equality Act 2010 but otherwise the UK's Rent, Wills, Trusts, Inheritance and Protection from Eviction Acts don't mention agricultural workers and persons with disabilities and their family members.
The public, policymakers and authorities need to be better educated on the challenges and rights of disabled agricultural workers. Court practises are currently defeating legislation by not applying equal admissibility or equal inadmissibility to justice.

The Government e-Petitions Team gave the following reason:
Petitions need to call on the Government or Parliament to take a specific action.
We're not sure exactly what you'd like the Government or Parliament to do. The Equality Act 2010 already introduces legal protections for disabled people, including disabled agricultural workers.
You could start a new petition explaining clearly what you would like the Government or Parliament to do.
