Re-commission and restart production of all harrier jump jets

Additional Information

Reintroduce the Harrier Jump Jet as the Royal Navy's primary fighter jet. Withdraw from all production of the Euro Fighter Typhoon.
If, required due to age. The Harrier Jump Jet shall be succeeded by a mark two (or relevant edition). It will be completely assembled in Britain and otherwise completely sourced, in ever way, from members of the Commonwealth.
