Require council tax reductions for those affected by antisocial behaviour

Petition Details

I want the Government to require that local authorities reduce council tax for residents affected by antisocial behaviour of neighbours who live in council housing. This could be done by introducing a points system that monitors and assesses each episode of antisocial behaviour.

Additional Information

I believe this will help hold councils accountable.
