Estate agents referral fees

Additional Information

Stop fees being paid by solicitors to estate agents for referrals of buyers/sellers. These referrals can add thousands of pounds to the clients legal fees as well as calling into question the integrity of the services being supplied. Agents are making so much money from these fees that some are using improper methods to secure the referral.
