Petition Action

I would like the legal definition of rape be changed

Petition Details

The current legal definition of rape states that it is the act of penetrating with a penis without consent. This means that by definition, a woman can not rape a man by having sex against his will

Additional Information

I would like to see the legal definition updated to having sexual intercourse with another against their consent. This would allow men who have been forced to have sex with a woman against their will to report this as rape.
