Petition Action

Sign a deal on free movement for young people (18-30) between UK and EU

Petition Details

The UK government should sign sign an agreement with the EU to allow freedom of movement for young people to increase educational, cultural and work opportunities and to increase UK and EU competitiveness with other major regional blocks

Additional Information

Many of the young people who would be eligible for this were denied a voice in the 2016 Brexit referendum and date clearly shows that young people overwhelming wished to retain the privileges of freedom of movement with Europe. This would be a major boost to the UK economy and would open opportunities to the young which they have been denied,
