Increase defence spending to 3% of GDP

Petition Details

The world is more volatile now than it has been in decades. We believe our national defence spending is below where it should be for a top tier military country. I want the Government to increase the GDP spending on defence to 3%.

Additional Information

This is an issue of national importance because our defence is priority to many voters. We want more investment so the UK can be more prepared both for physical attacks and cyber from hostile states. This increase could allow more defences to be implemented and to protect our country's security.
