Remove Permitted Development Rights for all additional street infrastructure

Petition Details

Government must remove permitted development rights for ALL additional street infrastructure, so businesses must apply for permission to the Local Planning Authorities on proposed installations.

Additional Information

We believe additional unnecessary street infrastructure is causing massive overbuild and is blighting our communities.

There are additional masts, telegraph poles and underground cables in areas where pre-existing infrastructure is there and should be shared.
