Stop the sale of cheap meat

The big supermarkets should refuse to buy their products from the companies manipulating nature and should support those farmers doing the right thing.
Of course in the real world this will increase prices and nobody will be particularly happy about that, but in the long term I don't think prices would be quite as high as one would expect.
We have lost touch with what makes us who we are. Genetically engineering an animal to feel no pain so you can freely cause it pain is monstrous and unacceptable the answer is not to stop eating meat. It's to stop eating meat which is produced in these totally unethical ways.There are many ethical producers out there. We must introduce ways for the consumer to recognise their products - regulation, monitoring and TRUTHFUL LABELLING to allow the consumer to reject meat produced in these inhumane ways.
Wherever you stand on eating animals, “I think we agree that making their lives hell is too high a price for cheap meat.
