Make infringement & breach of confidence illegal for companies & employees.
Employees should be made accountable for infringement & breach of confidence. Internal investigations should be abolished and be held in-front of an impartial panel who can decide whether court is needed or mediation is required between the two companies. If guilty it should be a criminal offence.
This is to prevent larger companies taking advantage of smaller companies & prevent corruption , promote fair play with an official body / panel like ombudsman for intellectual property rights. Individuals cannot be able hide behind a corporation and their finances . If the law is broken there needs to be a clear deterrent.
