Stop the employment of CIDS Vacancies due to discrimination.
This petition calls for the cessation of employment of CIDS vacancies due to discrimination against certain ethnic groups. Such discriminatory practices not only hinder the professional growth and opportunities of individuals but also perpetuate unfair treatment within the workforce.
By allowing such discriminatory practices to persist, we undermine the principles of equality and diversity that are fundamental to a fair and just society. It is imperative that action is taken to halt these discriminatory practices and ensure that all individuals, regardless of their ethnicity, have equal access to employment opportunities.

The Government e-Petitions Team gave the following reason:
We can't publish petitions when the request is something that's already happening or something that has been announced since you started your petition.
We think your petition is covered by Government or Parliament action already. If you'd like something else, you could start a new petition clearly explaining what it is.
Positive discrimination is already unlawful in Great Britain. It is legal for employers to take positive action that aims to reduce disadvantage, meet different needs and increase participation. We could accept a petition calling on the Government to ban positive action to reduce disadvantage, meet different needs and increase participation, if that's what you want to happen.
You can find out more about existing rules on positive action here: www.gov.uk/government/publications/positive-action-in-the-workplace-guidance-for-employers/positive-action-in-the-workplace
We only reject petitions that don’t meet the petition standards.
