Create a '3 strikes and you're out' policy in courts to deter criminals

Additional Information

Create a system in which if any individual goes to court three times, no matter how minor the offence, an automatic sentence is definite, whether this be community service, or a prison sentence.

This will stop potential criminals from thinking they can cause minor offences and get away clean every time.
