Stop the bedroom tax for people who are trying to downsize
I have been trying to downsize from my 2 bed to a 1 bed for over 3 years. I have been bidding on Devon home choice and also on all Facebook mutual exchange sites and also Homes-swapper to no avail.
I believe it is an unfair system for those trying to downsize especially in the housing crisis we are in
