Abolish National Insurance
National Insurance is a tax on jobs for employers, and has been used by govts in the past to hide tax rises. It's complex for employers and employees to calculate and unfair on the poorest people in the workforce.
Scrapping NI would increase employment by lowering the cost to the employer. It would also lower the cost to produce goods in the UK which will encourage inward investment.Significant savings could also be made in HMRC.
