Devolve all transport related issues, including infrastructure.

Additional Information

Decisions regarding all forms of transport within Wales should be made in Wales.

The UK Government only wish to electrify the Great Western Main Line to Cardiff, even though the line actually ends in Swansea. This shows just how out of touch the UK Government is with the transport needs of the Welsh people.
