Make Corporations, Banks and Bankers accountable

Additional Information

Remove the privilege of Limited Liability from any corporation whose failure has massive downside impact (eg Banks). Make directors liable for failures in these corporations up to their wealth. Limited liability should be preserved for entrepreneurs in SMEs.
