change all speed camera's to radar speed signs

Additional Information

Instead of ripping off car drivers who may have accidently gone a few miles per hour over the speed limit.All speed camera's should be removed and radar speed signs put in their place to show the vehicle speed and encorage the driver to slow down to the speed limit.As the radar sign's I have seen, seem to be very effective.
