To build 1 and two bedroom social housing, flats and bungalows on Brown belt land. Rent them out for £50 a week but the tennant has an option to buy after living in the property for 2 years. The cost for buying is £25 - £50 a week on top of the rent. The tennant is given a buy figure (100,000 tops) which includes £20,000 up front interest. A customer will have both a rent and a buy account to keep track of payments. Buyers can take payment breaks of the bought part of their payment or pay more off without penalty. Also there is no need for a mortgage or credit checks. Results will bring in revenue and boost building jobs.
