make work capability assessments realistic
A Person who can stand or sit for 10 to 30 mins while in pain and then have to lie down for up to 2 hours to get over the pain and at a time can move an empty box is "fit for work"
Does the dwp really believe this then how many people do they employ that can lie down for pain relief. And how many empty boxes do you need moving
The rules should be re written using some common sense and reality as some claimants are unfit to work
but would love to be really "fit for work"
To be then told at the jobcenter "why not just pay your own national insurance"
not going to find a job then?.
Please sign the epetition to get some realitity into the assessments
