Benefit cheats pay back full amount!

Additional Information

People convicted of benefit fraud who take money from those who need it most should pay back the entire amount even if it takes a small amount from their benefits or income for the rest of their lives. At the moment they usually get fined only a token amount so end up better off financially in the long run anyway so it's still an attractive proposition.
