Shamanism
The 'Shaman' should be recognised as an individual, regardless of a society which deems recreation as pleasure, but which fails to confront the marginalization of esoteric culture.
Shamanism requires that the Shaman's own individually acquired customs, methods, practices, artifice and material riches be tolerated.
Physiological health benefits due to psychologically verifiable experimentation with naturally occurring psychoactive and hallucinatory substances should be studied and therefore legislated in favour of.
