Horse tethering
Sadly again another horse has died from strangulation after being tethered and slipping down a ditch. Please stop all tethering.Using heavy chains and padlocks to restrict a horse is barbaric and results in nasty injuries, stress or death! If horse owners do not have correct facilities to accommodate the horse and it's needs find someone who does!
